I'm already so enthusiastic about the great Clip Fix connections... icon_evil.gif That's the last cough!
Hmm, I think they are quite good for quick assembly and disassembly (as long as the pieces don't get stuck or twisted).
What problems are you having with it?

Do you happen to know of any companies that offer adapter flanges for the VW system?
Forge offers an FMIC kit for the ASZ Fabia. It includes two adapter pieces that clip into the couplings and have a normal (hose clamp) fitting on the other side.
But whether the adapters are available individually... icon_question.gif

I already contacted Grundler, but their customer service is not satisfactory at all. They don't respond to phone calls, nor do they answer email inquiries...
Other people have likely had similar experiences.icon_sad.gif

Hi.

Okay, the connections are already sufficient, BUT with a turbocharger already running at 1.5 bar of boost pressure + chip tuning + water/methanol injection...
I've already experienced many problems, such as issues with the aluminum parts and cracks in the hose, etc.
Probably also because it's a renovation. icon_rolleyes.gif There are just some minor issues.
I have a slightly modified charger that produces 1.7 bar. icon_question.gif I suspect it is generally somewhat underpowered.

My father has an Octavia, the 110 horsepower version with a chip tuning upgrade. It has 120,000 kilometers on it and hasn't had any major issues!
Okay, so the basic principle of the connections is definitely fine.

Regarding adapters, I've already checked the website. icon_confused.gif They are not available individually.
I'm going to have the adapters custom-made. There's a company nearby that I'll contact.

Best, Marv.
