I don't have that, but I do have the 019FK SG1429 and the 019KG SG5342.

Both are not behaving exactly as I described in the loader control: in low gear, they engage at 25%, and when accelerating, they engage at 20%.
If, however, the VTG rod in the LL is still depressible towards the stop by TV 20% , then -> see above.

Okay, and that's the case - in the LL (likely referring to a specific engine or system), it's 20% TV (throttle valve opening), and boost pressure is being wasted. Eventually, the boost pressure will build up, leading to overboosts of 2800 mbar (absolute pressure) every time.
That's why I already talked to you about whether shortening it might be a solution.
