No way! I'm betting on the coolant temperature sensor; it might be about to fail, and that's the first sign. Next time, when the RPMs go up again, I'll replace it.

Again: The coolant sensor is a dual sensor. Compare what he shows in STG 01 and 17.

The donor frequently goes to the reeds, so there is a certain probability.

If the coolant exchange (!) doesn't yield any results, it could also be due to leaking oil from a faulty cooler. Are you experiencing a massive increase in oil consumption? Does he experience "high-level emptiness" as described?

STG value matches 90°C, and my analog temperature display is also in its usual position.

Turbo can be ruled out.
