Update:

Error on the intake manifold flap 2 occurs intermittently.
The warning light has been on again since yesterday.
Error frequency: 17x.
Since the light came on, approximately 6 starts.

That means the light will probably turn on after the error occurs 10 or 12 times.
Can anyone confirm this?

The lower ball joint is worn out.
I ordered some aftermarket tie rods and just installed one on an SRK2.
Error fixed.
Everything also looks good in the actuator diagnostics.

Here is a picture.

I pre-drilled mine with a 1mm drill bit and then screwed in a 3mm Torx screw to tighten them again. Result: The error is gone, and it only cost about €1.20 for both sides.

If I were to rebuild the rods to make everything perfect, I would definitely only use a crimped connection, just like the original.
