I have now sanded and polished the scratches that can be seen in the pictures, following a tip from a motor repair specialist. He explained that these scratches would damage the sealing rings each time, preventing the fuel system from ever being completely sealed.
I'll try it one more time now; if that doesn't help, then a new ZK (likely referring to a component) will need to be installed

Does anyone happen to know what residual pressure should be present at the tandem pump after the engine is turned off? I had 0.1 bar immediately after turning it off.
Can we potentially see if the system is leak-tight this way?
