Hi everyone,

Here are my values.

CFGB 2.0 TDI, Passat B7 Variant, manufactured in March 2011.
- The entire vehicle jerks between 1200-1400 rpm only during slight acceleration, not under full throttle.
I haven't figured out yet why this is happening. I swapped the ZMS for an EMS (4kkit). The diesel filter is new. I noticed the problem at 184,000 km. It's getting progressively worse. I find the engine running smoothly both when stationary and while driving.
- >200 HP software tuning available from 190,000 km (or miles).
- Currently 260,000 kilometers (or miles, depending on the context).
- From the very beginning (184,000 km), I add Monzol 5C 1:200 to almost every tank of fuel.
- Approximately 90% of driving involves highway travel at a relatively fast pace.

The topic shouldn't be allowed to fade away!
I would say that the condition of the injectors has a huge impact on the engine's durability and fuel consumption. "The death of the diesel engine is the diesel itself."
Die Angaben zu den 4Zyl CR (MKB CFGB o.ä.) haben überwiegend einen Raildruckkalibrierpunkt mit negativen Werten. Im Gegensatz dazu die Werte meines Passat (Roter Punkt). MRemarkable!
Weitere Werte sind gefragt! Thank you for that!

Dear diesel mechanics,

Here's an update on the injector timing and fuel consumption of my 3C engine with code MKB CBDC, currently at 199,000 km. There are no issues to report. The engine continues to run excellently with software version 8332.

It's noticeable that the injection timing becomes "worse" in winter. This could be due to the use of winter diesel, colder temperatures, or a change in driving patterns with less long-distance travel during the winter months. It's expected that fuel consumption increases in the winter.

Once a year, I use one bottle of Liqui Moly "Diesel Motor System Cleaner (300 ml) 5128". Otherwise, I occasionally use Liqui Moly "Speed Diesel Additive" and premium diesel from various gas stations. Unfortunately, I haven't recorded when I used them. In any case, the seasonal fluctuations are dominant in the graphs.

Hi everyone,

Here are some quick details about my 2005 Audi A4 B7 3.0 TDI with engine code BKN, and 223,501 kilometers on the odometer.

It already has poor starting behavior, slightly increased diesel consumption, and a slight hesitation at idle.

According to the previous owner, two injectors have already been replaced.

I'm inclined to replace injectors 2, 5, and 6!

Engine code: CFFB 2.0 TDI CR, mileage: 85,000 km.

The readings from 2 months ago... meanwhile, the positive values have increased slightly (to approximately +46 µs on cylinder 1).

Cylinder 1, Calibration Point 1: +34.8 µs.
Cylinder 1, Calibration Point 2: -0.1 µs.
Cylinder 1, Calibration Point 3: +0.7 µs.

Cylinder 2, Calibration Point 1: -21.7 µs.
Cylinder 2, Calibration Point 2: -4.4 µs.
Cylinder 2, Calibration point 3: -3.3 µs.

Cylinder 3, Calibration Point 1: +9.7 µs.
Cylinder 3, Calibration Point 2: -10.5 µs.
Cylinder 3, Calibration Point 3: -3.8 µs.

Cylinder 4, Calibration Point 1: -26.4 µs.
Cylinder 4, Calibration Point 2: -8.6 µs.
Cylinder 4, Calibration Point 3: -10.3 µs.

Current mileage is approximately 85,000 km. For the last 30,000 km, I've only used "Ultimate Diesel" fuel. The engine performance has improved significantly. Before that, it was almost dead. It had no power, was constantly regenerating, and making a clunking noise. Even though the values are still increasing, it runs better now?!

No cheating here, the DPF failed at 60,000 km (at that time, it was mostly used for long distances). Currently, it's mainly driven in city traffic (short trips).
