Okay, if nothing has changed recently, then it's probably not related to that.

I would check to see if there is excessive soot buildup (by loosening the DPF screws for testing).

If that's not the case, it's possible that the cleaned DPF is still too full of ash/soot.

Do you get any additional information when hovering the mouse cursor over the field where "...0000001" is displayed in the termination conditions?

Best regards, Rainer.

I am currently reading the latest developments with great interest.
I own a vehicle with a BKS engine and recently installed a new DPF (including a new differential pressure sensor).
I don't see any way to reset the oil ash value. Yes, there is a "Long Adaptation" channel 81 in VCDS (PCI 21.9.0) where you can reset learning values, but in module 104-1, the oil ash volume value remains at 0.83 – the DPF is new, and this value needs to be set to 0 somewhere...

Does anyone have any ideas?

The temperatures before the turbocharger and before the particulate filter are okay, the differential pressure is plausible, and a recorded test drive also shows no unusually high peaks. I'm also seeing 899 degrees; I think all BKS systems with this control unit display this value - the sensor doesn't physically exist, but it apparently isn't masked.

I was able to perform the service regeneration without any problems. During the long adaptation process, I reset the DPF learning values (by writing "0001").
There is no "Channel 12" that sets the oil ash volume to "0.0" (or I haven't found one).

However, the volume of ash produced by the oil is adjustable. Otherwise, it would never be possible to meaningfully replace or verschandeln a DPF. icon_wink.gif

...right - there must be a way to adjust or reset it somewhere.

I'm not even sure if I have access to the shop.
I hadn't realized the extent of the interconnectedness before.
I created an account - I bought my Hex2 years ago in a 10ViN version (elsewhere) - I hope that I won't feel "unwelcome" here icon_wink.gif.
