Okay, the diagnosis is ongoing. The solenoid valve has an internal resistance of 28.3 ohms.
What seems strange to me is that its location is different from what's shown in the Golf manual I have; mine is located behind the diesel filter, I guess.
According to the book, a resistance of 28.3 ohms is just within the tolerance range of 25-45 ohms.

That looks like a stuck wastegate, doesn't it?
Yep, I also suspect that's the case - if the hoses and the solenoid valve are okay.

Hello...

'Hey, I noticed something. When I was changing my head (presumably referring to a VR headset), a little oil seemed to be leaking out. It also dripped out a bit when I was cleaning it.'

How does that oil get in there? It doesn't seem to have anything to do with the turbo.

Best regards, Mike.

"There's definitely a connection. At least in engines where the wastegate is controlled with positive pressure. This compressed air comes from the intake manifold, contains exhaust gases, and has passed through the compressor of the turbocharger. Oil is basically normal, but in my engine, I don't see anything, which suggests that the point where the pressure is tapped is located in a more favorable position."
