Hello,

Okay, don't worry about your weight and just enjoy yourself.
not in the wrong place - IMO it should definitely be a GSD.
and not one of those things that you only attach to the trailing edge.
- is simply more comfortable and lighter in weight.
Well, there really isn't much of a difference!

Hi Jürgen,

Sure, a completely open vent is more aesthetically pleasing than just a small slit, but I also always think about the potential for malfunctions.
And in my opinion, the principle "the more primitive the mechanics, the more robust it is" still applies -> 1:1 icon_question.gif.

@Bertil

Personally, I prefer to turn on the air conditioning when driving, even if it uses more fuel. That way, I know it will get cold.

Best regards, WarLord.

Hello Ulf,

The first Webasto unit lasted for 12 years without any problems.
Then I disposed of it by putting it in the car, because it only had very old approvals/certifications left.
'had in the documents. In addition, Webasto is, besides Rockwell, another...'
der Hauptlieferanten für ab Werk eingebaute GSD oder SSD. At the G4.
For example, a Webasto or a Rockwell unit can be installed from the factory.
In my opinion, the mechanical components of Webasto sunroofs are...
Excellent for retrofitting!
Furthermore, the mechanism is so simple that there's not much that can go wrong.
It's breaking down, but Webasto has replacement parts available!

(Sorry - I don't want to do any advertising for Webasto here!) icon_rolleyes.gif

By the way, thank you very much for all the tips you've given so far (and perhaps still to come?).

With that, we will most likely be able to make the "right" decision icon_biggrin.gif.

Hi Ulf,

If you're installing it yourself, please definitely create a photo documentation if possible.

While I don't plan to do that myself, I can imagine it might be useful for some people.

Best regards,

January.

Hmm, because you wrote something about increased consumption?

Hmm, I have both: air conditioning and a sunroof. *g*

Best regards, WarLord.
