Yes? Then it's doable in under 30 minutes, and you'll still have plenty of time if you don't have to spend the first 20 minutes gathering your tools like I do.

Hello!
I have no idea how it is with the Beetle icon_rolleyes.gif. I only know that it's impossible to properly access the turbocharger, because it's located behind the splash guard on the Beetle. You can't even touch it with your hand if you just want to feel it, let alone try to take anything apart. icon_evil.gif

What surprises me is that the TDI usually runs normally, even when the injection timing is close to the limit. Does this issue only become noticeable during startup? I always thought that a TDI engine wouldn't run properly if the injection timing wasn't set correctly icon_rolleyes.gif.
