I fear not: by "significantly longer," I meant "much longer in one direction than 0.5 seconds."
"Around 0.4 seconds is not uncommon, and therefore, in my opinion, doesn't explain your overshooting behavior. But how did you actually measure the switching times with a resolution of approximately 2/100ths of a second? The log doesn't provide values with 1/1000th of a second precision."
If I were you, I would now live with the oversteering behavior (with the standard trim settings, a maximum of 0.3 bar is generally still acceptable), or lengthen the VTG rod as described.
