I'm from Osnabrück, so I wouldn't know any good workshops in Berlin.
I would recommend that you visit a company that specializes in engine repair (there are likely to be some in your area). They usually have a lot of experience with this kind of thing, and of course, the right tools.
I think your workshop probably just used Loctite to secure the wheel. That doesn't really provide much resistance against the forces involved, and it's also easy to remove.
Please avoid high-speed driving for now; the new engine is expensive.
