Okay, boss, my criticism was constructive. If you're going to copy physics formulas from somewhere, at least read up on what they're used for.
You cannot relate a dynamically varying axle load, without any reference to mass, to what is, in a simplified way, a torque.
Since you have a dynamic mass system here, you need to perform calculations in a coordinate system and split the individual movements into the x, y, and z directions.

Why do you think I have no sense of spatial orientation  ? What would your solution look like  ? Did I say anywhere that this is a trivial solution, or didn't I say more that it's a rough calculation  ? I also pointed out that the movements of the vehicle's center of gravity (i.e., the center of mass) need to be taken into account. However, for a first general statement, this is irrelevant. And of course, all of this can be considered quasi-statically, since the processes in between don't play a role for a first rough estimate.
I haven't heard such utter nonsense  in a long time.

Then I would never use that tuning  .
Because, except in 5th gear, I never reach those high RPMs that are typical of gasoline engines  .
For me, seeing 2000 people in a city is a signal that I might be able to find someone I'm interested in.

I also don't like the tone of the last comments from both sides, but it's mainly about the technical explanation. And I think that 'Forenheini' has presented a very simplified, but manageable and informative calculation. For a rough estimate ('PI*Daumen Rechnung'), it's sufficient. It makes the trend and forecast visible.
Sure, you could also publish a study on this topic here. However, a more accurate, and therefore much more complex, calculation would not be as plausible or easy to understand.
I am not trying to attack anyone or gain/lose friends, but rather I want to appeal to everyone's sense of reason and ask them to respect each other.
