Then I wish you all the best and hope you can maintain this strategy for a very long time (I believe it's certainly justified).

Do you actually have all the specialized tools ready, a lift, etc. icon_question.gif icon_question.gif

Hi,

The argument against "planlos" certainly has merit, as does the argument in favor of it, but I think "ratlos" also conveys the meaning in a slightly milder form.

Perhaps it might even be helpful... just imagine the confused (or clueless) mechanic circling the car, seeing the sign, going to the computer, and then finding the solution here.

Best regards,

Jan.

Okay, so, if the workshop gets upset about such a comment or even lays a hand on the holder, they will get a complete dressing-down from me icon_exclaim.gif.

A well-organized workshop might occasionally laugh about it, but that's about it.

So, if the workshop gets upset about such a comment or even touches the bracket, they'll get a full-blown explanation from me icon_exclaim.gif.

A well-organized workshop might occasionally laugh about it, but that's about it.

... and knows where the problem lies!

I treat it like a private matter and, if possible, avoid having people from the association get involved. The last time I had it serviced at a workshop was in 1998.
