Hello,
A durable chip tuning is characterized, among other things, by low increases in exhaust temperatures, so that the turbocharger does not overheat.
How does the exhaust gas temperature (EGT) change with engine speed at full throttle without tuning?
Is there a standard pattern like the LLT (= constantly increasing until Pmax), or a maximum at the max? Increase the speed to 1900 rpm, or does every MKB engine potentially have a completely different curve shape?
I am interested in the topic of reserves regarding chip tuning.
If someone has such charts, that would be great. Gruß Ulf
