Renovation Stress: Gray Hair? Get Help Now!

Hello to all you diesel fanatics .
I've modified the engine in my Golf 1 Z a bit, and I could use a little help now!

First of all, regarding the renovation!

Turbocharger from a Golf 4 TDI-GTI 150 hp, upgraded pump pistons to 11 mm from a Renault Megane 1.9 diesel, fuel injectors from an Audi A6 TDI 140 hp, intercooler from an Audi S2 Coupe, all pressure lines made of metal (high-quality workmanship), exhaust system 2.5 inches from the front to the rear, starting after the catalytic converter.
Chip from DRS systems, conversion to 250 kPa MAP.
My problem!

The boost pressure is going up to 2.0 to 2.1 bar during acceleration, which is a bit too high.

'I used to have a Westgate loader, and now... who can help me get this problem under control? And if something is wrong or messed up, please let me know!'

IMO, the transition from wastegate to VNT control "has not been entirely successful" -> DRS should make improvements.

Or, if I look at your sig: try it yourself, using the key press ratio method .
