Hi,
I had just replaced the mass airflow sensor (MAF) and cleaned the K&N filter. There's no more hesitation in the higher gears, and the acceleration is better.
Now I've noticed that the car can't go any faster than 170 km/h (estimated value, the speedometer isn't working).
I've now spoken with several people (automotive mechanics, Digitec employees, etc.).
Opinions are divided.
-LMM failure.
- Fuel injection pump adjustment.
-Chip
What are your experiences? How can I test if the LMM is working correctly?
Digitec also states that, even with a chip, it cannot exceed the original's performance.
Greetings.
Schnupfi.

Hello Schnupfi,
You probably just overlooked the search function. And reading helps, especially reading older posts.
Perhaps there's someone out there who is calm and patient enough to remain composed even after the 153rd explanation of the LMM measurement values.
However, I believe that everyone should develop their own initiative, as can be seen from the following.
Otherwise, it's best to take it to a workshop! The dedicated people here don't have time to waste on those who are lazy, because it ultimately discourages and frustrates them.
Michael, Ulf, and countless others have contributed testing methods and knowledge to the error database; surely, a user will be able to at least LOOK THROUGH it?
Best regards, Rainer.
