Hi,
It's quite nice, but where do they come from, for example? Data?
At 750 mg of air mass, the AWX (in the Passat) releases approximately 40 mg of diesel.
However, the Drehmo allows up to 52 mg @ 2000 rpm or 47 mg @ 4000 rpm -> if the MWB 10 is supposedly already OK, then approximately 15 - 23% of the normal full-throttle amount may still be missing.
If VAG customers are given misleading target values in the sense of "everything is within the normal range" when complaining about performance issues, I am increasingly surprised by the widespread skepticism towards technical information provided by workshops  Gruß Ulf

[Translating...]naja, die 750 sind halt unterste Grenze, die bei 3000 U/min vorhanden sein sollen.
Wenns drunter geht kann man den LMM wohl so langsam mal entsorgen.
Bis an diese Grenze merkt kaum ein Kunde einen fehlen der leistung.
Ich hatte noch keinen der sich sagen wir bei 800mg über Leistungsmangel beschwert hat.
Wenn die ankommen ist der LMM entweder ganz hin und macht keine 400 mg mehr, bei 10 % der fälle liegt es dann zwischen 500 und 600 mg/H. (Soviel aus der Praxis) |

Jop, für Leerlauf (mit leichtem Gasstoß).
Für Vollast finden sich verschiedene Werte, z.B. AVF @ 4B: 850.0...1050.0 mg/H
...was aber trotzdem nicht zur obigen Tabelle passt, oder bin ich blind? |

Die Liste ist auch in sich widersprüchlich (wenn man die Hintergründe der Software kennt):

Dies sind die Originalwerte aus dem Tester bei VW/Audi die man über Messwerteblöcke
auslesen kann. Was gibt es daran zu meckern. Die Russmengenbegrenzung ist im
MSG festgelegt. Und der Messwerteblock 8 bezieht sich meines Erachtens auf die
Einspritzmenge in mg/hub und nicht auf die Luftmasse.

Im Falle der Rauchbegrenzung der Wert sehr wohl aus der Luftmasse (und dem Trübungs-KF) ermittelt.
Und bei 750 mg Luft gibt die Trübung des AWX nun mal keine 40 mg Diesel frei -> dann ist im VW/Audi-Tester in diesem Punkt vermutlich Müll programmiert.
Selbst wenns ein Schreibfehler sein sollte und 850 mg Luft (gängiger max-Wert im AGR-MWB 3) gemeint sein sollten, reicht das immer noch nicht für 47 mg aus, sondern nur für knapp 45 mg Diesel . . . Gruß Ulf
