02-12-2005, 19:55 Subject: Golf 5 / Audi A3 BKC Engine Failure: Won't Start

Cause: Broken turbine wheel, preventing the engine from properly expelling exhaust gases.

It looks like this.

Quickest method: Open the oil filler cap if the engine is still running; this will release a VERY strong crankcase pressure.
