Injector Differences: AHH 90hp vs. AFN 110hp

'Does anyone know if the injectors used in the 90hp Golf engine (AHH or AHU) are compatible with the 110hp AFN engine, and whether they have the same diameter for the injector nozzles? Specifically, is the nozzle size .205?'

Are the AAH and AHU engines the only TDI engines with 90 horsepower?

I can't say for sure about the size of the nozzles, but I believe that the nozzles from the 110 model are not identical to those of the 90 model.

However, I can definitely say that the good old 1Z is still around. It has 90 horsepower.

The nozzles are definitely different. The ones from the 81kW machines have larger holes.
I assume you mean ALH and AHU.
Before the AHU, this area was known as 1Z. It was renamed in 1996, but it's essentially the same place.
