TDI 90 hp - Power loss

Hi,

I urgently need your expert advice.
I had replaced the cylinder head and also replaced the original turbocharger (approximately 50,000 km on the original) on my Golf III TDI 90 PS.

When I drive on the highway and accelerate, it suddenly loses power at 140 km/h and approximately 2900 rpm. It then no longer pulls. The same happens at 160 and 180 km/h. The same also happens when I drive uphill on a country road, but only at 120 km/h.

I believe the problem is not with the turbocharger... I drove for two weeks after the head gasket replacement with the old turbocharger, and the same problem occurred. There was also an entry in the fault memory that I don't quite remember, but I think it might have been something to do with the diesel pressure - could that be the case?

I can have it checked again on Monday if it's important for the diagnosis - but the symptoms might already give some clues.

die genaue Bezeichnung des Fehlers im Motorsteuergerät wäre schon wichtig. Bitte nochmal auslesen lassen.
Motor ist ein 1Z, oder?

super, danke für deine Hilfe.
Gut, dann muss ich ihn nochmal auslesen lassen.
Kannst du vorab gar nichts sagen?
Hab grade nochmal nachgefragt - irgendwas mit dem Dieseldruck stimmt nicht.
