Dynamically adjusting the timing belt on a T4 2.5 TDi

I'm having trouble reading group 0000 (under basic settings). When I try to read it with VAG software (version 3.112), the engine shuts off... what could be causing this?

I can't access the values for a dynamic setting.

Who has an idea or a solution?

T4 engine code AJT, manufactured in 2001.


The car is running well overall, but the fine-tuning isn't working.
