Hi,
on my Leon TDI, manufactured in 2002, one can already
achieve a lot, however, I always have a 'blinking light bulb'.
I have installed the two diodes, but the STG (central control unit) of the Leon doesn't recognize them.
and responds with the aforementioned lamp.
Can you use another component to boost the 0.6V further?
'No discrepancies are detected during startup ???
Thank you for every tip.

I think 'ASV', but believing doesn't mean knowing!!!

Hi,
I'm writing to you because I'm interested in learning more about 10 cent tuning. I've heard that it's a great way to improve the sound of your guitar, but I'm not sure if it's right for me.
Could you tell me more about 10 cent tuning? Specifically, I'm interested in:
* What are the benefits of 10 cent tuning?
* What are the drawbacks of 10 cent tuning?
* What are the different types of 10 cent tuning?
* What are the best brands of 10 cent tuning?
* What are the best resources for learning more about 10 cent tuning?
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
[Your Name] |

Hi Olli
One can still connect a pair of diodes in series to the switch.
However, since the initial check always includes the full load range, the only option is to enable the tuning later.
If this doesn't help, IMO, every "standard" Powerbox should also be recognized and acknowledged with a flashing light. Gruß Ulf

Thank you,
What do you think about Z-diodes with 1 Volt?

Hello Olli,
Zener diodes function, however, you should note that a voltage drop of 1V occurs in reverse bias; in forward bias, they behave similarly to ordinary diodes.
Therefore, you need an additional diode connected in reverse polarity before each Z-diode that is switched in blocking mode.
The voltage drop is then at most equal to that of a normal diode plus that of the Z-diode.
What diodes did you actually use for your experiments?
The voltage drops vary significantly depending on the type of diode.

Hi
One can also simplify it: connect two Zener diodes in series - that's it.
That saves 2 parts Gruß Ulf

Why not just take a switch?
advantage: tuning is only active when necessary, which also minimizes all disadvantages. higher values are possible than without a switch, as it is only active when needed (i.e., no partial load issues, idle problems)
last test in ALH with 355Ohm (without diodes!), AGR in operation, no Russian components, starting without ASR almost impossible (automatic)
See you, Gremlin

Hello!
355 Ohm is a bit too much.
With my (manual transmission), I was able to achieve around 140 horsepower with 600Ohm, and it was smoking like a Russian ship diesel.
Does it not come out nicely at the back for you now?

Hi,
What is 'anti-serial'?
@Michael II
ALSO: As expected - It's an ASV
Is it something special???
I don't really have any Russ, and the 'Blinky' is always working.
get started - the error can only be deleted if
I'm removing the '10 Cent Part' - it won't work if it's installed!
More tips
Thank you.

Hi,
Could the 10 cent tuning not be controlled by engine speed,
by using the signal from the engine speed sensor to
Turning on, or turning off. While it's a bit more complex, it would be {BENEFICIAL/WORTH IT}.
but, I'm interested.
Does anyone know the voltage/speed values of this sensor? The Sender
It is called G28.
I would be grateful for some values. |

This is a hall effect sensor, which generates pulses. Therefore, you need to build an evaluation system that first generates verschandeln pulses (the sensor unfortunately generates anything but verschandeln pulses). Then, you need to evaluate the whole system.
One disadvantage of speed control is the jerk that occurs when the switching speed is changed.
I prefer to operate the switch manually. It saves the machine .
