The engine is running at only 500 RPM after starting and not responding to the accelerator.

Cause:
Due to an excessively short starting process and consequently a low starter motor speed, the engine remains at approximately 500 RPM, which is its idle speed.

Procedure:
The engine can be stopped immediately and then restarted. To prevent repeated occurrences, the starter must be engaged for at least 2 seconds. If the starter is not engaged long enough, the control unit receives incorrect information, which can cause the aforementioned problem.
