Oil level warning light not clearing, MJ 2002 (Solution)

Model year 2002, oil level warning cannot be reset.

Cause:
When the minimum oil level is reached, the oil level warning light in the instrument cluster correctly illuminates. However, it cannot be reset by simply adding more engine oil. While opening and closing the front hood temporarily turns off the warning light for approximately 100 kilometers, it then reappears again, even when the engine oil level is at its maximum. This is due to a software error in the engine control unit.

ASZ engine, 96 kW:
Replace the control unit index CK data version from 1343 to 1477.
Replace the control unit index EF data version 1331 with data version 1478.

ATD engine, 74 kW:
Replace the control unit index FH data version 1517 with data version 1544.
Replace the control unit index GC data version 1462 with data version 1545.

AXR 74 kW engine:
analog ATD motor.
