Your LMM is okay. The increased LMM actual values at idle are caused by an EGR valve that is not opening. The fact that the EGR valve is not deactivated by the control unit in this operating state can be seen by examining the duty cycle of the solenoid valve for the EGR system.
If your AGR valve is not intentionally defective, you should check the vacuum hoses for leaks to prevent dirt from entering the vacuum system.
