Jerks during load change

"For the past few months, I've been experiencing a problem with my engine where it stutters when it's warm and I release the accelerator pedal at speeds below 2500 RPM. The stuttering becomes more pronounced as the engine gets warmer." It also happens about 1 second later when I'm already off the gas.

I've now used VAG-Com to check the fuel injection quantity and the requested driver setting in the MSTG, and I've noticed the following:

When I slowly press the accelerator, the desired power and the fuel injection amount increase in parallel. So far, that's okay. But when I slowly release the accelerator, the desired power decreases, but the fuel injection amount does not. A few times, I've also experienced situations where neither the desired power nor the fuel injection amount decreased at all. The driver's desired acceleration only returned to zero when the accelerator pedal was back in its initial position.

Could it possibly be a hanging MSW, or is there something wrong with my eGas system?

Which measurement block are you looking at?

I don't have the number memorized right now, and I don't have a way to look it up at the moment, but I was shown the accelerator pedal position in percentage and the fuel injection amount.

Take a look and see if the accelerator pedal position in the data blocks makes sense in relation to the position of your right foot.

I have done it. The pedal position would always get stuck at 20 to 30%, and then suddenly drop to 0.
