Passat 3C TDI Engines: Specs & Problems

Can someone provide information about the TDI engines in the Passat 3C?

I know BKC, BKD, BMM, and BMN, but I no longer remember exactly what they stand for.

We need five of each: 105 with/without, 140 with/without, and 170 with filter.

Well, unfortunately, my information on that topic is quite limited. I only found information about whether a car has a DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) or not for the A3 (8P) model.

In the A3, the BMN and BLS engines apparently came with a particulate filter (DPF), but as far as I know, the Passat didn't have that.
[There are more options available for the A3, including those with a filter.]

However, I cannot say for sure whether the BLS system in the Passat also has a filter.
It might also be due to the year of manufacture.
Unfortunately, I can't say anything more about that.

P.S. The engines mentioned above are, as you probably already guessed, not necessarily all available in Germany. (I believe this includes the 120kW, 88kW, and 90kW models).

Furthermore I believe that the 100kW engine (BMA) has a DPF. I accidentally wrote 103kW in the first post...
