'Does anyone have a list of measurement block IDs for VAG-COM and the Audi A6 2.5 TDI V6?'
or can you tell me where I can find the measurement block for the intake air temperature and what it normally looks like?

Check out the 'Error Database' section.
You'll find it there, under the engine identification label, which will be either AFB or AKN if you have the 150hp TDI engine!
