I've never seen this error code in a message before. What could be the possible causes?

The code 18263 likely originates from the fact that a new control unit has already been installed in your vehicle, probably after you reported an issue related to power output during the winter months. Essentially, it's just a notification that can be ignored.

I would keep 18265 under closer observation, but I would delete it for now.

The error 18263 has only started appearing in the last few days, but there are no other noticeable side effects.
The Derim gearbox has been installed for a while now.
