Hi.
A friend of mine, who is usually quite technically proficient, made a mistake with her G3 Van, misplacing the jack (obviously a large piece of equipment, and without using a wooden support).
Here's what the rear footwell looks like from below, on the left side.
What can be done about that?
The thing that worries me the most is the brake lines that have also been vandalized .

We had a similar issue with our Ford KA once. I simply pushed the metal panel back into place from the inside using a rubber mallet. There's not much else left to do.

Check if the rust protection is still effective, otherwise, make some repairs. My G3 has a similar issue. As long as the underbody isn't completely rusted through, it doesn't matter to the TÜV (German technical inspection). Unfortunately, the rust protection on mine has also deteriorated, and the floor is rusted through.
Therefore, if it doesn't work with chanterelles, just leave it. Place a piece of wood under the mushroom.
The pipes are quite robust, provided they remain sealed. If they are only bent and not crushed, I would leave them as they are. It will become clear whether new ones are needed, at the latest, during the technical inspection (TÜV).
Respect, you have a woman who takes a jack into her hand Or maybe just because you can't use your arm .

No, it's not "mine".
Thank you for the tips. Okay, so, push it back in, pay close attention to corrosion protection, and carefully inspect the brake line.

Okay, but in that case, I would suggest using a sledgehammer (no joke) to reshape it, and as a wedge, a piece of roofing lath about 300mm long, which you can round off at the end, or a blunt wooden wedge.
Then, position the tool precisely at the point where the bend is, and gently push it downwards with very light pressure.
The higher mass of a planishing hammer has the advantage in this case that it doesn't deform or overstretch the sheet metal at a single point, but rather allows it to return to its original shape more evenly.
At this opportunity, I would also remove the loose U-shaped protective piece in the area of the rubber stoppers and rework it accordingly, as these vehicles...
It's best to let it rust through the rubber stopper if the U-shaped protective cover comes loose.

That's exactly how I would do it too.
Subject: Brake Line. Personally, I would just monitor it for now. However, I think the TÜV (German technical inspection agency), depending on the inspection region and the inspector's mood, might issue a rejection ("rote Karte") because it's a damage to the brake line, and it no longer corresponds to the original condition. At least with our inspectors, the inspection report won't be interpreted in any way... unfortunately, they are checklist fanatics. But probably that's exactly why they ended up working as an engineer at TÜV.

Hmm, I don't see anything, except that it's slightly bent in the area of the clip. I don't think that's a problem, as can be seen in the picture.
However, if it's bent or crushed, I would replace it immediately.
