Hello NG,
I'm having a problem adjusting my MSG.
Requirements: VAG-COM 704.1, HEX-COM-CAN interface, 400MHz PC running Windows 98.
Skoda, year of manufacture 2006, engine code BSS, 2.0 TDI, series 140 hp, with *** chip tuning.
Ich wollte eigentlich die AGR-Rate verringern bzw. die Soll-Luftmasse? anpassen. Okay.
I logged in using the access code. The control unit also accepted it without any problems.
Okay. If I now want to access a channel within the "Adjustment" function, I get...
"Error cannot be read in the VAG-COM menu." "I've already checked this."
Tried various channels.
The same thing didn't work on a Passat from the year 1998 with engine code AHH.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thank you, Timo.

So, is it likely that a 03G 906 016 engine control unit (ECU) was installed?
And what do the asterisks mean? Does it have something to do with 'eb*y-chip'?

I need to read out the STG number sometime.
Das ist ein "premium" VW/Audi Tuner mit drei Buchstaben. Somehow, it...
The forum removed "Sternchen" from the name. .

Could you please provide the complete vehicle history report? Thank you!
It might simply be because it's not working, or more likely, because of the function itself.
simply not desired in the engine electronics and there is no access for customization.
Are there any options for the elderly?

I spoke with ***. At least from the tuner's perspective, nothing is blocked.
P.S. By any chance, does anyone have a suitable label file?
Regards,

Please check your label files for '03G-906-016-BKD.lbl' and make the necessary edits.
possibly adjust accordingly (or give the Allgäu craft association a good kick in the pants so they don't...).
include their company identifier in the ID string, especially since they also include the version number.
to deface ).
Actually, your MSTG should respond like this:
Part number SW: 03G 906 016 GT, hardware number: 028 101 269 8.
Component: R4 2.0L EDC G000SG 8203
Encoding: 0000072
Workshop #: WSC 00028
Best regards,
Rudi

Is it just a matter of renaming the label file?
Is BKD a different engine code? It should fit, though, right?
I will test it shortly.
-> Result. It seems to be working so far. The information regarding the material safety data sheets appears to be...
Plausible.
Wenn ich mich eingeloggt habe und einen Kanal aufrufen wollte. Appears under.

While there is currently a label file for the BGW, it has not yet been officially released for use with the BSS. If you feel like it, you could help us out sometime.

...and generally, in such cases going forward, please let us know and we will add the specific A-B-T part number (can someone please remove this ridiculous censorship, what kind of kindergarten is this?) to the parts list so that it is also covered.
