Hi.
Does the RCD500 have a repeat function for a CD, even though there are 6 on it, and a track on a CD - so something to get a catchy tune stuck in your head?
I didn't find that feature on the RCD300, and I miss it.
Thank you.

I can take a look at it for you tonight.
I'm driving the Lupo now.
As far as I can remember, it's possible to create a "mix" on a CD.
However, I don't remember off the top of my head what happens when the last track on the CD is played (which, in your case, happens immediately after the first song).
Best regards.
Maxx.

I just want to have the same functionality as my Kenwood KDC-M6021, which I had in my Golf.
It was set to "Folder Repeat" for MP3 files and "Repeat 1" for all other media types.
Sometimes I like a song so much that I want to listen to it non-stop (for the time being), without having to constantly press the "back" button.

Okay, I just tested it with an MP3 CD containing a single track.
When you are in MIX mode, it will repeatedly play the same track from the CD.
Best regards.

Okay,
"MIX" with an audio CD seems to be what others call "shuffle," which means random playback.
"Repeat 1" with audio doesn't seem to be working - damn.
I haven't had any MP3s in the car yet (I completely forgot about ALL the CDs ).

Hi Martin,
Congratulations on your new car.
Good luck and have a good trip with it .
MIX == Shuffle correctly.
The behavior I described above only occurs when a title is present on the CD or when an MP3 file is located in a specific directory.
In this case, I don't even think you need to use the MIX function, because it doesn't automatically switch to a new CD or a new folder.
Best regards.
Maxx.

Ah
So, is it the same for you, that you can't annoy yourself or your surroundings by having the same song playing over and over again?
Damn, that was the most frequently used function on my old radio.
Well, I guess I'll just burn myself some "earworm" CDs then...
Thank you.

You won't be able to avoid the "Ohrwurm" CDs.
With MP3, that's not really a problem .
Best regards.
