Temperature/Pressure Sensor for Manual Climate Control

Hello!
I have a manual air conditioning system in my 2000 Polo (unfortunately). Unfortunately, it's also not diagnosable, which means I can't read the current pressures with VAG-COM. However, there's a combined pressure/temperature sensor installed in the air conditioning line, behind the front bumper (3-pin). Can someone provide me with the corresponding resistance values for specific pressures (and, of course, the temperature value)?
