Threaded suspension Ibiza GT TDI - Problem ??????

Hi and Hello,
'I installed a coilover suspension in my 1998 Ibiza GT TDI 110PS this Saturday. When I lower the front of the car as much as it looks good, the tires rub against the inner lining of the wheel arch when taking sharp turns. There's a small protrusion on each side inside the wheel arch. I removed the lining and will tape it with duct tape. Does anyone have experience with coilover suspensions on an Ibiza?'

Hello,
I installed a KW coilover suspension system (FW) in my VW Polo Variant.
'With the dimensions 7 1/2 x 16 and 195/45-16, I generously cut out the wheel arch liner, created edges, widened the fender flares (especially in the front area), and modified the side mounting bracket for the bumper.'
Since then, nothing rubs anymore; ground clearance under protection is approximately 55mm.
