Climate System Fails to Communicate with VAG-CCOM

Hello.

I'm trying to read the diagnostic data blocks of the climate control module in a 2000 Audi A3 because it's not regulating the temperature correctly, but unfortunately, the connection keeps dropping. I can access all the other control modules without any problems.

I can access the climate control system, but when I try to read the measurement data blocks, I can sometimes access it, but after a short time or immediately, I get an error message: "ERROR UNKNOWN MESSAGE TYPE 0X33" in the four columns.

Mir ist noch aufgefallen das beim Komunikationsstatus folgendes steht. IC1 TE16 RE0

The first and last ones are the same in other models as well, but instead of "TE16", they have "TE0".

I'm using a HEX-CAN Version 704.1, and I've also tried the beta version 710. I've tested it with both a laptop and a standalone PC, and I'm getting the same result in both cases.
