Hello everyone, I have an AFN engine in a T3 Doka http://www.feine-busse.de. After the timing belt broke, everything is new now... but it no longer has satisfactory performance:
1. It starts poorly.
2. Exhibits fluctuating performance across the entire RPM range.
3. The ESP was installed and empty for 5 months.
4. No smoking... or at least very little (without EGR).
5. No informative error message in memory.

I suspect the injector driver in the ESP system is responsible for controlling the injection timing, but I'm not sure. I have a log file, but I couldn't properly analyze it, so here it is in its raw form:

I urgently need help!

The injection molding machine is working properly according to IMA standards.
What I don't like at all is the amount of fuel being injected. It fluctuates wildly and reinforces your impression of the inconsistent performance.

Could it be that your air mass or the LD (likely referring to a specific data point or parameter) is not appropriate, or that one of them is exhibiting wave-like behavior?
Then you would have an explanation for the fluctuations in your fuel injection amount.
You're going under the smoke barrier.

Please generate a log file with the following identifiers: MWB 003-008-011.

Well, I had a mechanic who claimed to be an expert look at it. He couldn't find anything during a test drive. Then we talked about fuel pressure and other things, and just to be on the safe side, I replaced the fuel filter, the return valve, and some of the fuel hoses...of course, that didn't solve the problem.
However, I bought a turbocharger from eBay (item number 260144214968), which seemed strange to me, but it was cheap...
He was 9 months old and externally only had a sheared stud... I suspect it might be that one. I will do the measurement run soon. Should I take the measurements while accelerating?
By the way, I disconnected the EGR valve (by blocking the hose).
Can the engine be damaged? I have to transport a bus with it on Tuesday!
I'm also planning to separate the CAT (presumably a catalytic converter) because my vehicle is a truck. Can I expect any issues with that?
I've already tried swapping the LMM (likely referring to a lambda manifold module), but I couldn't detect any difference.

Yes, please conduct the required measurement run both at full load and at partial load.

This seems like a perfect fit for a faulty turbocharger. The test drive should provide further insights.
