Cause:
In some vehicles, door lock noises can occur due to load changes.

Solution:
Spare part.
Only the index has changed in the new clamping devices.
No. 3B0 837 033 (where the letters in index E, G, Q change to K, and the letters in index D, F, P change to J).

In addition, the following needs to be done:
1. With the door open, clean the locking surfaces that come into contact with the locking bar on the body frame.

2. The contact surfaces of the locking bar on the body frame also need to be cleaned.

3. The castle grounds should be sprayed with product number D 007 000 A2.

The amount is determined by the maximum spraying time of one second.

4. When carrying out the procedure, it is essential to protect the door panels from overspray to avoid permanent staining.

5. After spraying, the doors remain open for a few minutes.
