VAG-COM: Key Programming with Version 409

Hi there,

I still have an older, unlocked version of VAG-COM, specifically version 409.

I also have the keychain with the login code for the WSG (Passat 35i with AGG engine, which is a 2.0-liter gasoline engine with a Siemens MSG).

Unfortunately, I can't find any information in the documentation for the 409 about how to program keys (or maybe I'm just not looking properly).

How does it work?

I really like my 35i; I've never had a regular car with this much interior space for its relatively short exterior length.
I still own the king of space-saving designs, the T3, but it's also in a different league.

The 35i was already decent; consider it a synonym for "a well-established vehicle of an older design."
