Cause:
Due to a fault in the Radio Concert unit, there may be temporary failures in the changer control system. Various error messages will appear on the display, such as "CD ERROR" or "ERROR3". Since the control is performed by the radio itself, the component causing the issue is the Radio Concert unit.

Solution:
In case of complaints, the radio installed in the vehicle must be replaced with a radio having part number 4B0 035 186 D.
