Vito Partition: Alternatives & Options

Hello, I drive a Vito 111 CDI from 2008 (short version), and I'm completely unable to find a comfortable driving position.
I would need to adjust the backrest to a much steeper angle and move the seat back at least 10-15 cm further to be able to sit comfortably.
I'm only 185 cm tall.

Is anyone else experiencing these problems, or are you all managing okay with the car?

Are there other designs where the area behind the driver's seat is more recessed, allowing the seat to be moved further back?

Or do you perhaps have any other tips or solutions for me?
