Fiat Barva JTD: Questions about Injectors?

Hello,

I have a Fiat Brava JTD in my workshop with engine damage. It has 280,000 km on the clock and suffered a bearing failure.
"I recently purchased a used engine with 40,000 km on it, and it comes complete with all its parts. I want to replace the entire engine, without taking any parts from the old one. So, the injectors will essentially be new and connected to the engine's electronics."
The part numbers of the fuel injectors match.
Now, my question.
The Fiat is a 2001 model and has 74 kW of power.
Has he already entered the injector codes in the engine control unit? If so, I would need to have those codes transferred to the Fiat engine control unit.
Does he not yet have it this year?
I'm not entirely sure about this point. Does anyone here know anything about it? If not, it's not a big deal; I'll just ask Fiat.

I hope I haven't accidentally ended up in a forum dedicated to bottles, and that you only discuss information about VW and Audi cars.
