Moin,

bei welchem Elektronikhändler kann ich günstig folgenden Speicherchip beziehen? Stammt aus einem 045 906 019 G.

AM29F400BT 70SC

Oder gibts da was anderes, kompatibles? Ich finde keine vernünftige Quelle.

Ist in meinem Motorsteuergerät drin und da ich einen Sockel drin hab der den Austausch des Chips ohne löten ermöglicht würde ich mir gerne ein paar Backups der unterschiedlichen Stände anfertigen lassen...
