Part number for these cable holders

Hi.

This BMP image shows two cable holders, whose part numbers are unknown, even to VW.
My BMR also has those, and they're not lasting anymore.

Does anyone know about this?

Okay.

The parts specialist says he can't order that part.
I received some 3D0 cable ties that fit into the holes in the bodywork, and they hold the cables much better than those loops.

It's a bit scary that I have parts in my car that no one knows about.
(and on the other hand, for Phaeton wood trim, entire trees are stored as spare parts).
