Sharan: Water Leak from Rear Window Washer System

Hello fellow diesel enthusiasts,
I recently became the owner of a Sharan (AFN 81kW, manufactured in October 1999, 90,000 km).
I have water in the driver's footwell due to a faulty rear windshield washer system.
Can someone give me a tip on how the hose is routed to the back?

The hose is clipped to the door sill under the driver's door.
It can relieve constipation and cause foot sweating.
