Does the current software version 805.4 not allow reading out the Touran model from 2010 with a BSE engine at all?

I think the problem is with the engine control unit, but otherwise, no other issues have been found. The system is displaying messages like "Control unit not found."
Or do I need to change something in the settings?

The current vehicles communicate via the CAN bus. However, your interface only supports KKL and not CAN.
