Why are the target values of the measurement blocks, for example, block 00, like that?
Is dieselschrauber.de different from the original VW documentation (ERWIN)?
or are there any differences with the 1Z?

The values you presented are marked as "corrected" in the current system. They correspond to the first version of the A4 MJ 96 in my records.
