T5 Bumper Holes: Repair & Seal Guide

Hi, are there any caps or matching plastic parts that I could use to cover the holes for the factory-installed reverse warning system? They should be paintable and look good. Or does anyone have any defective ones they're getting rid of?
I have a used bumper lying around that I want to use on a T5 without a reversing camera.

There are rubber or plastic plugs available for holes of all kinds. In the past, these were often used for unnecessary antenna holes in fenders. However, they are usually black and not paintable. While they would cover the holes, they wouldn't solve the aesthetic problem, as they would look like unpainted sensors.

The chrome caps for the antenna holes that screw on are useless; they're supposed to fit inside the hole. Do they have the ones I'm talking about at the dealership?
The holes in the bumper have a raised rim around them.

"There aren't any standard solutions for holes, at least I haven't been able to find any... you should check eBay sometimes; I recently bought 4 parking sensors for a Q7 for, I think, 12 euros."

However, finding a replacement is likely to be quite difficult, as the sensor is, to my knowledge, only installed in the T5 and has not been used in any other models from the Volkswagen Group.
