EDS System Error: Troubleshooting & Fixes

The EDS (Electronic Differential Lock) in my friend's Seat Cordoba is engaging too early.
"That means that when you drive the car slowly around a curve, the hydraulic pump already turns on. I read the error memory."
"There was nothing there, so I then measured the individual wheel speeds under the measurement block, but they were all approximately the same."
(slight deviations are possible) of course, not when cornering! The car was manufactured in 1998 and has a Teves ABS-EDS system.

Has anyone else experienced problems like this?

What type of TV is it (e.g., Mark30...)?
What speed was the car traveling at when it entered the curve?

Okay, so it's an ITT Mark 20 ie ABS-EDS system with CAN-BUS.
As I originally intended, a Teves ABS.
and this phenomenon only occurs at very low speeds, up to approximately 5 km/h.

ITT, ATE, Teves, and Continental Teves are all from the same manufacturer, operating under the umbrella of Continental.
