VAG-COM Diagnosis for PSA (Citroen): Possible?

Hi,

As you can see from the signature, I'm temporarily using a French style.
Is there something similar to VAG-COM available for PSA engines, or what diagnostic and programming options are possible?
A PSA test is not an option for me as a private individual.
